Terms and conditions of sale
1 – All rentals are nominative and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred.
2 – If you are going to arrive late, please notify us: in the absence of a written or telegraphic message from the tenant stating that they have had to postpone their arrival date, the pitch or mobile home will become vacant 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the rental contract and full payment for the services will still be required.
3 – The deposit will be cashed upon receipt and deducted from the total amount due. In the event of cancellation more than 30 days prior to the arrival date specified in the contract, a fee of €50 will be retained. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date specified in the contract, the total amount for the stay will be due.
4 – Pitches rental :
- a – The pitch will be available at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
- b – The balance of the stay must be paid in full on the day of arrival (EXCEPT for stays of less than 4 days: payment must be made the day before arrival).
- c – No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival, early departure or a change in the number of people and facilities booked (whether for all or part of the planned stay).
5 – Mobile home rental :
- a – These may be occupied from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- b – The balance of the stay must be paid in full on the day of arrival (EXCEPT for stays of less than 4 days: payment must be made the day before arrival).
- c – Mobile homes are rented for a specified number of people. Any additional guests will be charged according to the ‘per person’ rate in force at the campsite.
- d – The mobile home must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when it was delivered. Failure to do so will result in the tenant being charged a flat fee of €100 for cleaning. Any damage to the accommodation or its accessories will be repaired immediately at the tenant’s expense. The inventory at the end of the rental period must be exactly the same as at the start of the rental period; any missing items must be paid for by the tenant.
- e – As security for these provisions of Article 5(d), a security deposit of €200 is required from the tenant of a mobile home on the day the keys are handed over and is returned to them on the day the tenancy ends, less any costs for repairs. This deposit does not constitute a limit of liability
6 – The tenant must have civil liability insurance.
7 – In the event of any disputes, the Commercial Court of Lorient shall have sole jurisdiction.
8 – The information provided by the customer when requesting information and/or making a booking will not be disclosed to any third party. This information is considered confidential. It is used only for the processing of rental contracts, invoices and requests for documentation. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, customers have the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning them. Official rules and regulations
1 – ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS : To be admitted to enter, set up camp, and stay on a campsite, you must have been authorised to do so by the manager or their representative. The manager is responsible for ensuring that the campsite is kept tidy and orderly and that these internal rules are respected. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and a commitment to comply with them.
2 – POLICE FORMALITIES : Anyone staying at least one night at the campsite must first present their identity documents to the manager or their representative and complete the formalities required by the police. Minors unaccompanied by their parents will not be admitted.
3 – INSTALLATION : The tent or caravan and related equipment must be set up in the designated area in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.
4 – RECEPTION DESK : The reception desk provides all the information you need about the campsite’s services, where to buy supplies, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the surrounding area and various other useful addresses.
5 – FEES : Fees are paid at the reception desk. The amounts are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They are payable according to the number of nights spent on the site. Campsite users are requested to notify the reception desk of their departure the day before. Campers who intend to leave before the reception office opens must pay their fees the day before.
6 – NOISE & SILENCE : Campsite users are urged to avoid any noise or conversations that may disturb their neighbours. Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Car doors and boots must be closed as quietly as possible. Dogs and other animals must never be allowed to roam freely. They must not be left on the campsite, even if locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly liable for them. There must be complete silence between 10 p.m. and 7.30 a.m.
7 – VISITORS : After being authorised by the manager or their representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who are receiving them. Campers may receive one or more visitors at reception. If these visitors are admitted to the campsite, the camper receiving them may be required to pay a fee, insofar as the visitor has access to the services and/or facilities of the campsite. This fee is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception office. Visitors’ cars are not permitted on the campsite.
8 – VEHICLE TRAFFIC AND PARKING : Within the campsite, vehicles must drive at a maximum speed of 10 km/h. Traffic is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying at the campsite are allowed to drive on the campsite, with a limit of one vehicle per pitch. Parking is strictly prohibited on pitches usually occupied by camping shelters and must not obstruct traffic or prevent new arrivals from setting up.
9 – MAINTENANCE AND APPEARANCE OF FACILITIES : Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly sanitary facilities. It is forbidden to pour waste water onto the ground or into drains. Caravan owners must empty their waste water into the facilities provided for this purpose. Household rubbish, waste of any kind and paper must be disposed of in the bins provided. Washing is strictly prohibited outside the bins provided for this purpose. Clothes may be hung out to dry until 10 a.m. near shelters, provided that they are very discreet and do not disturb neighbours. They must never be hung from trees. Plants and floral decorations must be respected. Campers are prohibited from hammering nails into trees, cutting branches or planting anything. It is also forbidden to mark out the boundaries of a pitch using personal items or to dig into the ground. Any damage caused to vegetation, fences, the ground or the campsite facilities will be charged to the person responsible. The pitch used during the stay must be left in the same condition as it was found on arrival.
10 – FIRE SAFETY : Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working order and must not be used in dangerous conditions. In the event of a fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers may be used if necessary. A first aid kit is available at the snack bar.
THEFT : The management is responsible for items left at the office and has a general obligation to supervise the campsite. Campers remain responsible for their own belongings and must report any suspicious persons to the manager. Although security is provided, campsite users are advised to take the usual precautions to safeguard their belongings.
11 – GAMES : No violent or disruptive games may be played near the facilities. Children must be supervised by their parents at all times.
12 – DEAD STORAGE : Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the premises with the management’s consent and only in the designated area. A fee, the amount of which will be posted in the office, will be charged for ‘dead storage’.
13 – DISPLAY : These internal regulations are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception office. They are provided to guests upon request.
14 – BREACH OF INTERNAL REGULATIONS : In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or fails to comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the manager or his representative may, verbally or in writing if he deems it necessary, give formal notice to the resident to cease the disturbance. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply, the manager may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call on the police.
15 – CONSUMER MEDIATION : In accordance with the provisions of Article L 612-1 of the Consumer Code, all campsite customers have the right to seek the assistance of a consumer ombudsman free of charge in order to reach an amicable resolution to any dispute they may have with the campsite operator.
